Making a Booking
Bookings can be made by contacting us by email or alternatively by fax (00 351 289 542270).
1. In order to confirm your rental request, you will be sent a booking form by Algarve 100 Villas along with these Terms and Conditions. Please read and check both documents carefully upon receiving them. Contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document after confirmation of booking.
2. On receipt of your signed booking form, Algarve 100 Villas will confirm your booking by email or telephone.
Payment
We require a deposit of 30% of the full payment which must be paid within one week of booking confirmation. Failure to pay this amount within the stipulated period and without notification of non-payment to Algarve 100 Villas could result in the cancellation of your booking.
Unfortunately deposits cannot be returned in the event of your cancellation of booking.
We accept credit card payments by Pay-Pal to our e-mail address: info@algarve100villas.com (Please note that there will be a 5% surcharge for this method of payment).
Full payment of your rental booking is required at least six weeks before the arrival at your rental accommodation. If you make your booking six weeks or less before the rental you will have to pay the full amount.
Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit (300€: villas or 150€: apartments) is required. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you after your departure from the property.
Your Rental Booking
1. If the rental party on arrival exceeds the stated number on your contract, a charge of 30€ per person, per night for villa accommodation or 20€ per person, per night on apartment accommodation will be required.
2. All villas come supplied with linen and bath towels. Linen is changed once a week with bath towels changed twice a week. Apartments have one change per week.
3. If extra cleaning services are required within your accommodation, a charge of 10€ per hour is required.
4. On your party’s departure from the rental accommodation, the property must be left in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed. A penalty of 100€ will be set if this is not recognised.
5. You are required to inform Algarve 100 Villas immediately in the case of any damage or breakages caused to the property or it’s contents.
6. You (the client) will be held responsible for any damage.
7. Algarve 100 Villas reserves the right to ask any client/party to the leave the property in circumstances deemed in breach of contract, losing any right to a refund.
8. Check-in time for arrival at your rental accommodation is always after 3pm with you required to vacate the property before 10am at the end of your stay.
9. If accommodation keys are missing or lost, you will be required to pay for a replacement locking system.
10. Algarve 100 Villas cannot be held responsible for any problems regarding construction work close to your accommodation or any electrical or water supply problems.
11. Animals are generally not allowed within our rental properties, however please contact us if you wish to bring a pet for the duration of your stay and we will check with property’s owner if this is possible.
12. We ask our clients to contact us in the event of any problems during their stay in our rental properties. We do try to help where possible.
13. If Algarve 100 Villas receives any complaints from neighbours or the police during your rental period, this rental contract will be cancelled. You and your party will be required to leave the property losing any right to a refund.
